God of Might –
You are the Living God … the Almighty God. You can do anything, and You are doing great and wonderful things in my life right now.
I humble myself before You. Lord, please lift me up. Only You know how high I should be lifted, and no one can lift me higher than You.
I trust You with my life … with all of my life. You are faithful. You are steadfast. I know You hear me.
Father, multiply my freedom in Jesus. Free me from sin … from my old life … from anything and everything that is hostile to You. You can do it! Your hand is mighty.
I love to worship You. Please help me speak, and teach me what to say as I worship You and as I confess You before men.
You have never failed me. You have lifted me up in the presence of my enemies. Thank You, Father. Through the name of Jesus, I thank You. Amen.

Teacher and Great Forgiver –
I thank You … I praise You … I stand in awe of You.
You forgive perfectly. You thought of it. You created it. You invented perfect forgiveness. Only You can teach it correctly.
Instruct me, Wonderful Counselor, how to forgive and how to repent. Show me through Your Word … Your perfect Word. I want to forgive freely and generously.
Keep me from bitterness and grudges. Remind me that vengeance … all vengeance … belongs to You and You alone. Help me to hate … truly hate … all forms of sin … in my own life … and in the lives of others, but at the same time, please help me to love … deeply love … those who sin.
Grant me wisdom to see souls as You see them, and grace to treat them as You treat me … blessing those who are hostile to You, and having great compassion on those whose hearts are tender … moldable … and receptive to You and Your forgiving heart.
May the forgiveness that flows from me be all for … and only for … the glory of Your holy name.
I offer these requests through my Master and King, Jesus. Amen.

True Father –
You have created so many people, and yet You know me by name, and You are intensely interested in me and my well-being.
You’re never too busy or too tired to listen … to help … to run to my cry.
You are God. You are immense. You are everywhere, and everywhere that I can be, Your power is there.
Thank You for making everyone. Thank You for making me. Teach me to serve You and to always make time for You.
I lift this prayer only through the reconciling, saving Jesus. Amen.

Father of love –
I get it. I finally get it. Just like an earthly father loves his children, You love me … only much more than any human father could ever love.
I’m not just another person to You. I am special in Your eyes. I am a joy to Your heart. You love me deeply because I came from You.
Even in my mistakes and my failures and my sin … You love me!
I am amazed at Your continual … unconditional … steadfast love. Your love continues forever. Nothing can separate me from Your love. There is no distance too far for You to come after me when I am lost.
You love me. You hear my cry. You run to me. You draw near to me when I draw near to You. I am drawing near to You, Lord.
Kum ba yah! Come by here!
Many times I have withdrawn and resisted You. You have never done that to me. Thank You!
Please make me new. Make me like You. Through Jesus I pray. Amen.

My Father –
I want to learn about love. I want to learn to give love and to receive love in every way that honors You.
I want to love You with my whole heart. I want to love my neighbor. I want to love myself. Sometimes, particularly in the past, I have had a hard time loving … especially myself. That has had a negative effect on my love for my neighbor and my love for You, but I want to learn.
I’m not afraid to learn from You. You are the Good Teacher … the Wonderful Counselor … the Perfect Guide. I am Your student. I am Your servant. I am Your child.
I know that You are perfect love, and I know that You love me. You truly love me.
Teach me … counsel me … forgive me … guide me … lead me … love me … never let me go.
All of my needs are filled in You, and from Your presence, I don’t want to move. I am praying to You, my Father, through Jesus’ holy name. Amen.

Great Provider –
Every success I experience or know is only because of You … because You are with me and have chosen to bless me. With every success, help me to remain humble and thankful.
When I experience failures and disappointments, You are still with me. I believe that. Joseph believed that. Thank You for his wonderful example! Please give me strength to, like him, give You all of the glory for every good thing.
You are Your own interpreter. Rather than getting sidetracked with my own interpretations, give me wisdom and grace, Lord, to simply read Your Word, believe it and obey it. I never want to complicate Your simple truth with my vain opinions.
I can do nothing without You. You can do anything and everything without me, yet You want to be with me. That makes me feel valuable. That gives me purpose.
Fill me with Your beautiful Holy Spirit of grace. Please hear my prayer through Jesus. Amen.

Father of divine transformations –
I’m waving the white flag, and I’m laying down my arms. I’m disabling my defense systems, and I’m letting down the drawbridge of my defeated heart. I surrender, Father.
I’m weary of holding up the facades … hiding behind the masks … and pretending that I am strong in hopes of deflecting the attention of others away from my wounded, insecure heart.
I’m collapsing at Your feet, Lord … not as one bearing expensive gifts and multiplied talents … but as a defeated soldier … a fallen star … a hunter caught in his own net.
I am naked … bare … and devastated. My kingdoms are destroyed … my high places are leveled. I come simply bringing a broken heart with a gaping hole … my perennial weakness. I am bankrupt of confidence … and ravaged by the lusts that vainly promise to fill the cavity and hide its ugliness … only to further the damage and intensify the pain.
Save me from the destruction of my soul and from the debilitating sin that controls me when I resist Your call and Your companionship. Forgive me, Father, and heal me. I need Your mercy. I need Your grace. I need Your Son to fill the Christ-shaped canyon in my heart. Complete me, Father, in Jesus.
Teach me to embrace my crumbled confidence so that in my weakness Your power may be perfected. Give me grace to resist the enticement of false confidence, and fill me with true confidence that flows only from You. As You convert me … as You make me new … create in me the attitude … the actions … and the words that will give courage to the wounded hearts I encounter each day. Through my weakness, please bless them with strength.
Father, please make my deepest weakness the source of my greatest ministry. I trust You with my complete transformation. I lift this prayer to You through Jesus. Please let these things be so. Amen.

Almighty God –
I love Your holy covenant. Your promises are rich and true. Your promises never fail. Thank You for keeping Your promise to Abraham. Your faithfulness helps me believe.
Increase my faith, Lord. Fortify my patience, Father. Every promise You have made to me, I know You will keep in Your time. I will wait on You. I know that You are not slow. You are perfect.
Teach me Your will … Your way … Your Word. Use me, Lord, as a vessel. I give You my heart. Mold me into who You want me to be. I am here to serve. I am here to worship. I am here to praise.
You are the promise-keeping God. Lead me, Father. I will follow You. I want to be trustworthy just like You. Through Christ, I can be. I love You. I am Your servant, and I am praying through Your Son, Jesus. Amen.

Master of all generations –
Thank You for creating mankind and every aspect of life. Thank You for creating me. Thank You for creating relationships. Father, I want to live in an intimate, deep relationship with You. I desire to live in a way that makes You happy that You created me.
Please teach me Your Word and Your Way so that I can master the sin that clings so closely to me.
I can do all things through Christ Who gives me strength. I believe that! It’s not my strength, but His, and He can do anything! I praise You, Father, for sharing Your Son, Jesus Christ, with me. He is my Savior. He is my King. I want to walk with Him. I want to walk with Your Holy Spirit. I want to walk with You … only with You.
Your Word is a lamp for my feet and a light for my path. Lead me in light, Father. Lead me in the light of Your Word. Lead on, oh King Eternal!
My heart loves You. My heart adores You. With my whole heart, I am praying to You through Jesus. Amen.

Unchanging God –
It has been a beautiful day. I thank You … I praise You … for giving me life, health and energy. I thank You for giving me things to do and people to encourage and love.
Thank You for filling me with purpose and value. My whole esteem flows from You … not from me … but from You. I am valuable. I am valuable because I am created and loved by You.
I’ll never get lost in the millions and billions of people on this planet, Lord. You love me, and nothing can separate me from Your steadfast love. Everywhere I can be, Your power is there.
Every gift … every talent I have comes from You. You have been very generous. Thank You!
You are changing me daily, and I know that I am everything I am because You love me. Thank You for loving me. Thank You for adopting me, Father.
You are God. You are the unchanging God. You are my God. I don’t want any other god. I’m praying through Jesus. Amen.
